Lycanthropy is the first release from "werewolf metal" thrash band Pandemonic. It is a demo recording, released on cassette tape for promotional purposes in 1999. It is the only Pandemonic recording not to feature long-time bassist Harry Virtanen until their final release The Art of Hunting in 2004, though he was credited as being a member of the band in the release liner notes.[1]

Writing and Recording

All music was written by Pandemonic guitarist Micke Jakobsson, with additional writing credits on "The Hunter" and "Sanguine Lust" credited to former guitarist Janne Sokura (also known as Janne de Sade) as simply "DeSade." All lyrics are credited to Micke Ullenius. This demo was recorded February 6-7 of 1999 at Swedish recording studio Studio SubSonic.[1]
